The IdealMe Social Skills Group for youth aged 12-16 is a dynamic, evidence-based program designed to empower young people with essential social skills to navigate friendships, peer interactions, and everyday social situations with confidence and competence. As part of the IdealMe program, this group equips youth with the tools they need to build meaningful connections, communicate effectively, and increase their social awareness.
