Dr. Ewa Antczak is a psychologist with over two decades of experience helping families and individuals unlock their full potential. Throughout her career, working with over 15,000 children and their families, she’s witnessed the profound impact that parental stress has not only on family dynamics but on employee engagement and workplace culture. Burnout, constant pressure, and work-life imbalance often leave parents drained, reactive, and unable to model healthy coping strategies at home. As a result, they experience stress at work, leading to lower productivity, disengagement, increased conflict and, ultimately, higher turnover. Recognizing this, 8 years ago, Dr. Antczak created IdealMe, a program designed to help working parents develop emotional intelligence, manage stress, and lead with empathy. By empowering parents, IdealMe not only supports families but also improves workplace culture, reducing turnover and fostering healthier, more engaged teams.
