Zoryana has completed her HBSc at the University of Toronto, specializing in Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry. Zoryana has vast experience in cognitive and clinical research, and she is immensely passionate about human psychology, mental health and the general well-being of others. Currently, she is working at the Core Centre as an assistant and is happy to aid with inquiries pertaining to session bookings, providing information in regards to the services offered, and anything else that one may require further clarity on. Amal Benoit

Registered Psychotherapist | Mississauga


Amal Benoit is a Registered Psychotherapists with over 20 years of experience in providing therapy and direct service to youth, adults and families. Amal has been working at the Youthdale Treatment Centre, East Metro Youth Services and Woodview Children Centre. He has been providing a therapeutic, school based milieu of services that enabled adolescents to deal with a variety of substance use and mental health issues, by providing supportive services that aided them in returning into the school system. In his practice Amal develops individual treatment plans which are focused on skill development in areas of: anger management, communication skills, behaviour management, relationship building, substance use, problem solving, and self awareness. Amal also has experience in working with children with Autism and their families.

Karina Kolbuc

Registered Clinician | Mississauga


Karina Kolbuc is a registered clinician with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University with additional certification in addictions, CBT and Narrative Therapy; she also utilizes strategies and tools from Solution Focused Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy in exploring steps and possibilities for change. She offers counselling and therapy in English and Polish. Karina has supported those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, work and life stress, and relationship concerns. She has been working as a counsellor and therapist in mental health agencies, educational settings and the developmental sector. Throughout her experience Karina has worked with children, teens, adults and families. She believes that our lives are all about relationships but the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Her primary focus is to ensure that her clients feel heard and supported while working towards their goals. As a skilful listener, she is adept at helping individuals recognize their strengths and abilities. With hope for well being, there is the ability to battle and to overcome challenges. Karina helps people regain a sense of control, peace and balance in their lives.

Atul Kumar Mehra

Registered Professional Counsellor | Mississauga


Atul Kumar Mehra is a Registered Professional Counsellor and a member of Canadian Professional Counsellors’ Association (CPCA). He is also a member of Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT) and a member of National Guild of Hypnotist (USA). He is also a member of College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario, Canada (CRPO). Atul is a Naturopath, a member and founder of Esculapio alternative medicine school in Quito, Ecuador, and a qualified instructor of Autogenous Training of Self Hypnosis certified by Sociedad Ecuatoriana de Hipnosis terapeutica y Hipnopedia. He has been initiated as a Grand Master Reiki and Master Karuna Reiki. Currently, he works with Colour Therapy and Holistic Healing, and has extensive knowledge in Swedish and Thai therapeutic massages, Aromatherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage among other techniques. He has participated in many courses and workshops on Hypnosis, Hypnoanestesia and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Spanish, English, Hindi, and Punjabi and also speaks French.

Andre Labao

M.Psy, M.A. Psychometrician


Mr. Labao is a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) candidate in Clinical Psychology at Adler University (Chicago) specializing in clinical neuropsychology. He is currently completing his residency/internship training at the Toronto Area Residency Consortium (TARC), where he provides testing/therapy services at OISE UofT’s Psychology Clinic and the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). Prior to matriculating into the Psy.D. program, Mr. Labao received a master’s in clinical psychology (M.Psy) degree from Adler Graduate and Professional School (AGPS), and an Honors B.A. from York University, Toronto. Mr. Labao has extensive experience in psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments. His training experiences include academic medical centres, private practices, school boards, and college counselling centres. Mr. Labao brings a strengths-based approach to his work with clients, and values evidence-based practice. His background in brain-based behaviour, knowledge and application of various neuropsychological/cognitive theories and dedication to individual client-centered assessment ensures comprehensive testing of clients’ needs. His theoretical orientations include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Play Therapy with children. Mr. Labao has interests in pediatric neuropsychology and has presented a psychology conferences in both Canada and the USA. His research interests include pediatric neuropsychological functioning, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sluggish Cognitive Tempo (SCT), and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) to name a few.
