A Non-Drug Therapy For ADD, Anxiety, Depression, Learning Disability, Insomnia and more…
Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE) therapy
The principle of audio-visual stimulation is based on the stimulation of the central nervous system with specific visual and audio signals. These signals influence the brain in various ways depending on the sounds delivered by the headphones and the light signals that are displayed over one’s entire field of vision by the LED mask. Using flashing lights and pulsing tones, we can gently and safely guide the brain into various brainwave states. AVS may be used for:
- Brain Injury
Heart Rate Variability (HRV):
For the first time ever, a system exists where meditative breathing may be paced along with an audio-visual entrainment (AVE) session. Long, graceful breathing cycles have been used as part of meditation. Scientifically, this technique has been analyzed and shown to settle down a stressed autonomic nervous system. Both sympathetic (flight-or-fight) activity and para-sympathetic (the brain’s efforts to compensate) activity settle down dramatically using HRV techniques.
Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES):
Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) is a process which utilizes extremely small levels of electrical stimulation across the head for therapeutic treatment of anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic pain.
